A test translation is required for all applicants.

Our reviewers evaluate test translations based on:

- B. Research and Analysis: Online research skills, sound judgment, and clear communication regarding ambiguous contexts.
- C. Writing Skills: Natural language, correct grammar, idiomatic expressions, and appropriate word choice (linguistic and technical).
3. Feedback and Improvement
We provide feedback to every translator, regardless of their initial score, fostering continuous improvement.
4. Dynamic Rating System
We track translator performance on every project using a dynamic rating system.
5. Expertise Matching
Translators are assigned projects that align with their expertise and knowledge.
6. Native Speakers and Locale Expertise
All translators are native speakers of their target language and possess expertise in the relevant locales (including Mandarin, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, and Singapore).
7. Ongoing Recruitment
